I don’t know about actual hot tubs. But Shutters Hotel on the Beach in Santa Monica has super romantic rooms with jacuzzi bath tubs that are big enough for two people. You can see photos if you go to the website.
the comerce casino has on the top vip floor that has hot tubs in the bathroom but is only as big as 2 bath tubs would be
